OptoPixel has its own RAY Series machine vision lighting which includes a wide range of lights based on various applications. RAY series contains all types of illumination techniques such as Bar-light, Dome Light, Ring Light, Diffused Back Light, Co-axial Light, Low-Angle Ring Light, etc. These lights can be further customized with different colors and sizes as per specific requirements.
RAY-Dome Light series eliminate shadows through the LED particles that are illuminated upwards at the bottom, combined with the diffuse reflection housing of the entire DOM shape. It creates a uniform reflection illumination of the entire area, which plays a special role in the detection of uneven surface mainly used for surface defects detection of a spherical or curved object, metallic, mirror or glass.
