Frequently asked questions

What is the FOV (Field of View- Scan Area) of product supported?
Our standard model Scanex-LR601 is equipped with 1.6 Mega-Pixel camera, so the standard scan area is 80mm X 60mm. Product should have all inspections within this area. If size of the scan area gets increased, you have to go with higher model which comes with camera having higher resolution.
What is the maximum Speed OptoPixel Inspection System can work with?
Our system works with maximum up-to 600 inspections/minute
Is system capable to provide scan 1D barcode from label and can give data to my laser marking machine?
Yes, that is possible.
Does system come with Rejection System?
Standard System is configured with Digital outputs those can be synchronized with user’s machine and can be used for Rejection/sorting purposes. If rejection mechanism is not available in the machine, we also provide rejection system as Optional.
