OptoPixel has its own RAY Series machine vision lighting which includes a wide range of lights based on various applications. RAY series contains all types of illumination techniques such as Bar-light, Dome Light, Ring Light, Diffused Back Light, Co-axial Light, Low-Angle Ring Light, etc. These lights can be further customized with different colors and sizes as per specific requirements.

RAY-BackLight series uses high brightness, long-life LED, uniform & stable illumination and can fully highlight the contour information of the detected object. The main applications are: mechanical parts size measurement, contour detection, external detection of electronic components, Stain, transparency of SOP and CSP, an inspection of liquid crystal characters, scratch detection of transparent objects, liquid level detection, etc.
