- To print unique Barcode on each cartridge(child)
- To create Parent label of the box, one should get data of the all-child barcode inside the box from the parent label itself.
- Zero Duplicate number should be printed.
- Entire production reports should be available on a day-to-day basis for uploading the same on the Government web server which is a mandatory clause from the Government side.

Solution :
OptoPixel provided a solution with a higher end server to achieve desired speed. However, the entire plant is connected through LAN with a server so all the printers and camera systems are synched with the application.
