Problem Statement
The sticker has a small size around 25mmX 10 mm and the location of the label was somewhere unusual.

- To check & verify the 1D barcode from the unit to get the existing stage of the operation in the process line.
- The data of the barcode needs to get in user’s line while controlling the software.
Challenges & Solutions
Challenge :
The sticker has a small size around 25mmX 10 mm and the location of the label was somewhat unusual.
Solution :
We used higher focal length optics with zoom function and camera installed with a working distance of around 2000 mm.
