The Solutions by OptoPixel
While addressing the errors OptoPixel came up with the suggestion to provide a video Microscope product named “SpectoCam”- A smart inspection tool because,
"SpectoCam"- A smart inspection tool is a smart inspection solution that offers real-time video streams of the microscopic view. With the integrated digital camera, an individual can effortlessly capture images and videos of their microscopic findings.
Stage 1 : We first selected the OPTICS with higher and excellent focal length and spotlight to overcome the problem.
Stage 2 : Then we focused on a high FPS ( Frame Per Second) camera to get real time results.
Stage 3 : Lastly, we developed a custom mechanical stand to fix on the machine with a protection cover for the camera unit.
The Implementation of SpectoCam Results in
